Cultivation of potatoes, wheat and barley
The soil and crops
On the surrounding 600 hectares of land, we grow potatoes, wheat, and barley each year. Potatoes constitute a significant part of the production, with an annual harvest of nearly 10,000 tons. We also grow wheat and barley, which are used for feed purposes.
Potatoes for Danish potato starch
The potatoes grown in our fields are sold for the production of Danish potato starch. This is a process where potatoes serve as an essential raw material, with a focus on quality and consistency in deliveries.
Feed grain and straw for agriculture
Besides potatoes, we also grow wheat and barley, which we use for feed. These crops help support the overall production on the farm and contribute to the feed supply for our agricultural operations.
